Texas and Missouri parties flying United join in Denver to take the same flight to Lihue.  St. Louis American flights stop in Los Angeles instead.

Tip:  This flight is long, and we'll be changing time zones by five hours.  Do what you can to sleep through the second leg, be it taking a quarter of a sleeping pill (no more!) or a nip of Kahlua on the plane.  This will be a long day if you don't.
